Hi, we're Elizabeth & Grady.
We are the founders and owners of Greater Nash Bookkeeping, and we live in the greater Nashville area with our two littles, and their pet fish, Bubs. As people who enjoy creativity, we believe that numbers are an art form and that we can learn to make money work for us. Our greatest joy is to see our clients thrive by growing in financial literacy, discovering freedom in creative structure, and ultimately, living a life doing what they LOVE rather than stressing about money.
Greater Nash was founded upon the very simple realization that there are many people who do not like dealing with money or numbers - but we do. And so we realized that we could make others' lives better simply by doing what we love. So, ultimately, Greater Nash is an act of love.

Why Bookkeeping?
Because we love numbers! As Bookkeeping Professionals, it's our job to love the details, to find the needle in the haystack, and to put every last piece of the puzzle into place. And we do it, so that if you're one of the many who don't like finding needles in the haystack - you don't have to.
So, why start a business?
Because at Greater Nash, we believe that bookkeeping can change the trajectory of a business and can deeply impact business owner's lives. Greater Nash was founded upon the belief that business owners deserve the opportunity to 1) grow in financial literacy, 2) do what they do best, and 3) live stress-free as it pertains to knowing that their business' finances are taken care of. What accounting software do you use?
I'm glad you asked. Greater Nash works exclusively with Quickbooks Online.
What do you need from me to get started?
Excellent question. First, you will get in touch with us by filling out the Contact Form at the bottom of this page. We'll schedule a short call to learn more about your business, and then get access to your QBO account to review your books. From there, we'll put pricing together and let you know what the best course of action is!
I've never hired a bookkeeper before. How exactly does this work?
Fear not! It's actually quite simple.
After you've been onboarded, we will have access to your Quickbooks Online account and read-only access to your bank, credit cards, and any other CRM or payroll processor in use. So, we should have access to most everything we need to complete your books each month. We'll also get you set-up on our Client Portal where we can ask you questions, you can give us answers, and upload any pertinent financial information we may need! This is a partnership and when we both do our part, it's a well-oiled machine.
How will I communicate with you?
Through our Client Portal! You will have your own unique login where you can answer questions, ask US questions, and also view your financial statements. It's simple, effective, and easy to use.
Can you catch up my books from previous months or years?
You bet! And oftentimes, that's the best way forward. Creating a strong foundation will ultimately give you the best set of financials to make decisions for your business.
Can you file my taxes?
No. But I will work with your accountant or CPA to make sure that they have everything they need to file your taxes come tax time!
